TURKEY BACON RANCH PINWHEELS

These turkey bacon ranch pinwheels are quick, delicious, and packed with flavor! Creamy ranch-flavored filling, slices of oven-roasted turkey, crispy bacon, and cheese are all rolled up in a soft tortilla. They’re perfect as a make-ahead appetizer, school lunch, or game day snack — no cooking required!

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Chill Time: 1 hour (optional, for easier slicing)
Total Time: 15–75 minutes
Servings: Makes 24 pinwheels (about 6 servings)

Ingredients:
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning (or to taste)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, and green onions (if using).
  2. Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of the ranch mixture evenly across it. Top with 2 slices of turkey and sprinkle with bacon.
  3. Tightly roll up the tortilla. For best results, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Cut into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Serving Suggestions:
  • Serve on a party platter with veggie sticks and dip
  • Add to lunchboxes or picnic baskets
  • Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping
Tips:
  • Use flavored tortillas (spinach, sun-dried tomato) for color and extra flavor.
  • You can make these a day ahead — store in the fridge wrapped tightly.
