This Avocado Dip is ultra-smooth, zesty, and loaded with fresh flavor. Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
- Optional: jalapeño, for heat
Instructions:
- Cut, pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor or bowl.
- Add sour cream, garlic, lime juice, and optional cumin. Blend until smooth or mash by hand for a chunkier dip.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. For heat, mix in some finely diced jalapeño.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro.
