Ingredients

Instructions:
  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pat dry chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels.
  3. Toss wings in a large bowl with vegetable oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
  5. Air fry for 25–30 minutes, shaking the basket every 8–10 minutes, until crispy and golden.
  6. Optional: Toss wings in your favorite sauce and air fry for 2 more minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

Tips:
  • Dry the wings well: Patting the wings dry removes excess moisture and helps them get extra crispy in the air fryer without needing extra oil.

  • Use baking powder (optional): Adding 1 tsp of aluminum-free baking powder to the seasoning mix can help make the skin extra crispy.
