Easy Artisan Bread

This Easy Artisan Bread is a must-make! The outside is crusty and the inside is soft and delicious. You won’t believe how simple it is to make this wonderful bread!

Serves: 1 loaf

  • 3¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon instant yeast (bread machine yeast) OR regular dry active yeast
  • 1¼ teaspoons course salt
  • ¾ cup warm water (105 -110 degrees F)
  • ¾ cup (6 ounces) beer (or non-alcoholic beer) at room temperature

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together flour, yeast and salt.
