EASY CHEESY BACON CHICKEN
This Easy Cheesy Bacon Chicken is everything you want in a comforting meal — tender, juicy chicken breasts smothered in melted cheddar cheese and crispy bacon. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, it’s perfect for busy nights when you still want something hearty and satisfying on the table.

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for searing)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6–8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or butter. Sear chicken breasts 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden (they don’t need to be fully cooked through).
- Place the seared chicken in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly over the chicken, then top with chopped cooked bacon.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temp) and the cheese is bubbly.
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions if desired. Serve warm!
